Hunan Yinuo Institute of Environmental Protection Technology is a joint venture company established by Hunan Xiangniu Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and Central South University, and controled by Hunan Xiangniu Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Central South University is a comprehensive and national key university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education in China, and it is frist acceded to the “211 Project”. It was organized by Hunan Medical University, Hunan Changsha Railway University and Central South University of Technology on 29th Aprial, 2000 approved by the State Council.
